Terms of Service
Take a few minutes to read this before subscribing to Marinios IPTV — it's the agreement between you and us.
This document ("Terms") sets out the agreement between you and Marinios IPTV regarding the website at mariniosiptve.online and the live TV streaming subscription we provide. When you sign up, start a trial, or pay for a plan, you're confirming you've read these Terms and you accept them.
1. Agreement to These Terms
Opening an account, activating a free trial, or buying any subscription means you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If anything below doesn't sit right with you, please don't sign up or use the service.
2. What the Service Is
Marinios IPTV is a paid subscription that streams live television channels and on-demand titles to your devices over an internet connection. We sell access on the following terms:
- Plans are billed monthly, every three months, every six months, or yearly.
- Tiers cover a single screen, two simultaneous screens, or a multi-screen household setup.
- A one-time 24-hour trial is available, limited to one per household.
The line-up of channels, the on-demand catalog, and the features we ship can shift depending on your region, and they may change at any time without prior notice.
3. Setting Up Your Account
- Sign-up requires a working email address that you actually check.
- Keeping your password and login details safe is on you, not us.
- Your account is for one household. Don't hand the credentials to anyone outside of it.
- You need to be 18 or older — or legally an adult where you live — to subscribe.
4. How You Can Use the Service
The service is for lawful, personal viewing. While you're a subscriber you're allowed to:
- Stream channels and titles on devices you own, for your own household's enjoyment.
- Run as many concurrent streams as the plan you bought permits — and no more.
5. What You Can't Do
The following activities are off-limits:
- Reselling, sub-letting, or sharing your login outside your household.
- Hitting our service with bots, scrapers, or any automated tooling.
- Trying to defeat regional locks, DRM, or any protection we put in place.
- Capturing, recording, or copying content for redistribution to anyone else.
- Putting the service to commercial use — bars, hotels, public venues, businesses — without a written agreement from us first.
- Any behaviour that strains our servers, network, or other subscribers' sessions.
If we detect any of the above, the account is suspended right away with no refund.
6. Pricing, Payment, and Renewals
- Listed prices are in US dollars. Local taxes, where they apply, are added when you check out.
- Card and PayPal payments run through outside processors (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto rails). We don't see or store full card numbers.
- Each plan rolls over automatically when the term ends, unless you've cancelled before that date.
- You'll get an email warning ahead of any auto-renewal. Stopping the renewal in time is your responsibility.
7. Cancelling Your Plan
You can stop your subscription whenever you want by reaching out on WhatsApp or through our contact form. Cancellation kicks in at the close of the billing cycle you've already paid for — until then, your service keeps working as normal.
8. Refunds
What's refundable and what isn't is laid out in our Refund Policy. The short version: a 24-hour money-back window applies to your very first paid order. Renewal charges aren't eligible for a refund.
9. Uptime and Availability
We work hard to keep the platform up around 99.9% of the time, but we can't promise it'll never glitch. We're not on the hook for downtime caused by:
- Problems with your home internet connection or hardware.
- Planned upgrades or urgent emergency maintenance windows.
- Force-majeure events that no one could reasonably foresee.
- Upstream supplier outages or shifts in content licensing.
10. Intellectual Property
The shows, films, and live channels you watch are owned by, or licensed to, the broadcasters and rights-holders that supply them. Marinios IPTV doesn't own any of that programming. The website's design, source code, copy, branding, and trademarks belong to Marinios IPTV.
11. Limits on Our Liability
So far as the law allows, Marinios IPTV won't be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses tied to your use of the service. The most we'd ever owe you, on any single claim, is the amount you paid for the subscription period that claim relates to.
12. Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against Marinios IPTV, our staff, or our partners because you broke these Terms or misused the service, you agree to cover the resulting costs, damages, and legal fees.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms run under generally accepted international commercial-law principles. Any disagreement should first be worked out in good faith between us. Anything that can't be settled that way moves to binding arbitration.
14. Updates to These Terms
We can revise these Terms when we need to. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. By staying on the service after we publish an update, you're accepting the new version.
