Privacy Policy
Plain-English notes on what Marinios IPTV does with your data — and what you can ask us to do with it.
Marinios IPTV ("we", "us", "our") cares about keeping your personal data safe and your inbox calm. This page lays out what we collect when you visit mariniosiptve.online or subscribe to our service, why we collect it, and the rights you've got over it.
1. Who We Are
We're an IPTV subscription service. Got a privacy question? Send it through our contact page or ping us on WhatsApp — we'll get back within 48 hours.
2. Data We Collect
What you give us directly
- Email address — we need this to set up your account and ship your login details.
- Payment details — handled entirely by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto processors). Your full card number never touches our servers.
- Name — optional. We only ask if you reach out to support.
- Support messages — anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
What we pick up automatically
- IP address — used briefly for fraud checks and country-based pricing. Not kept long-term.
- Browser and device info — collected through cookies so the site renders properly on your screen.
- Pages you visit — through analytics cookies (full breakdown in our Cookies Policy).
3. How We Use Your Data
- Setting up and running your IPTV subscription.
- Sending your login credentials and the occasional service update.
- Processing payments without storing the sensitive bits ourselves.
- Replying when you reach out for help.
- Spotting fraud and making the site faster.
- Meeting our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data — full stop. We don't run automated profiling that produces legal effects on you, either.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you're based in the EU, here's what we rely on to process your data:
- Contract performance — we need your email to deliver the service you paid for.
- Legitimate interests — preventing fraud and keeping the site working.
- Consent — for analytics and marketing cookies. You can pull that consent any time.
- Legal obligation — when the law tells us we have to.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU Residents)
If you live in the European Economic Area, the law gives you the following rights:
- Right to access — ask for a copy of what we hold on you.
- Right to rectification — tell us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Right to erasure — ask us to wipe your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to restrict processing — tell us to pause certain uses of your data.
- Right to data portability — get your data in a machine-readable file.
- Right to object — push back on processing we base on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent — flip the switch on cookie processing whenever you want.
To use any of these, head to our contact page. We answer within 30 days, usually sooner.
6. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
If you're in California, you've got the right to:
- Know what personal info we collect and why we collect it.
- Ask us to delete what we've got on you.
- Opt out of any sale of your personal info. (Reminder: we don't sell it.)
- Get treated the same whether or not you exercise these rights.
To file a CCPA request, use our contact page.
7. Your Rights Under LGPD (Brazil Residents)
If you're in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados gives you rights similar to GDPR — access, correction, deletion, portability, and clear info on how your data gets used. Submit any LGPD request through our contact page.
8. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — to clear your payment safely.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) — in anonymised form, only if you've accepted cookies.
- Law enforcement — when we're legally required to hand something over.
9. Data Retention
We hold your email for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after — unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records stick around for about 7 years because tax law says so.
10. Cookies
We do use cookies. The complete rundown — including how to switch them off — lives in our Cookies Policy.
11. Security
Everything between your device and our servers travels over HTTPS. Only authorised staff can touch subscriber data, and we review our security setup on a regular basis.
12. Changes to This Policy
This policy might change as the service grows. When it does, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top. If anything material changes, we'll email subscribers about it.
13. Contact
Got a privacy question? Reach us through our contact page — we aim to reply within 48 hours.
