Here at Marinios IPTV, we want you happy with what you paid for. This policy lays out exactly what's on offer before you subscribe and what's available if you change your mind after.
1. Free Trial
You get a 24-hour free trial with no credit card up front. Every channel and feature in the plan you pick is unlocked during the trial. After 24 hours it ends on its own — there's no charge unless you decide to subscribe.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you've paid for a plan and you're not happy with what you got, you can ask for a full refund inside 24 hours of that first payment.
- The request has to land within 24 hours of the original charge.
- This applies to first-time purchases only — it doesn't cover renewals.
- Money goes back to the same payment method you used.
- Most refunds clear in 3–7 business days. Your bank or card provider sets the exact timing.
3. How to Request a Refund

Tell us the email tied to your account and roughly when you paid. We work through every refund request within 48 hours of getting it.
4. Renewals
Plans renew on their own unless you cancel before the renewal date rolls around. Renewal charges aren't refundable, so cancel at least 24 hours before that date if you don't want another billing cycle. If you can't find the cancel option, message support and we'll handle it for you.
5. Exceptions
A refund won't apply in these cases:
- You're asking more than 24 hours after the original payment cleared.
- The account got suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — sharing logins, working around region rules, that kind of thing.
- You've already filed a chargeback with your bank. In that case, please talk to us directly first.
6. Technical Issues
Buffering, missing channels, can't get connected? Reach out to support before you ask for a refund. Most issues take only minutes to fix. The team is on call around the clock through WhatsApp.
7. Changes to This Policy
We can update this policy whenever it needs an update. Any changes apply from the day they go live. If you're already subscribed, you keep the rights that were in place when you bought your plan.
